Therapy Session
Meet Breanne Griffin

Breanne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who helps people from all walks of life, through times of struggle, offering an open, non-judgmental, safe space for people to explore and process their experiences. She meets her clients where they are at and helps them work toward getting where they want to be.

Psychotherapy can offer you insight, support and new strategies to handle life’s difficulties. There is a misconception that therapy is for those suffering from a severe mental illness. In reality, many people benefit from therapy for help handling any number of concerns. For some it is working through long-standing psychological concerns and for others it is figuring out how your life feels like it got off track.

Engaging in therapy can help you gain self-awareness, process thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you, and help you move forward in your life.

After identifying what you want help with, we will work together to set goals for therapy and create a treatment plan. I use evidence-based interventions and an individualized, trauma-informed approach to meet your needs. Therapy is time that you set aside to explore and work on your mental and emotional health. I bring my experience and knowledge in mental and emotional health to help you on your wellness journey.

Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to meet Breanne, discuss your goals, learn more about her approach to therapy and brainstorm if together you are a great fit.
