Meet Carly Escott
Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist whose goal as a massage therapist is to provide compassionate care with attentive listening and dialogue with clients to develop the most appropriate treatment plan to help minimize pain, improve posture, promote relaxation and optimize good health. She can help those people who feel fatigued, drained and overwhelmed to become more revitalized, energized and clear, allowing a renewed awareness of self. Carly values working in a team setting with other types of practitioners to create a treatment plan that best accommodates the individual's needs holistically.
Carly obtained her diploma in massage therapy from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH)
I offer General Swedish Massage, with a focus on customizing treatment for the individual. I incorporate fascial techniques, some gentle joint mobilizations and/or deep tissue application. People can share similar physical complaints or body mechanics, but each person’s body holds their unique history, so tuning the massage to the individual’s presentation is essential.
Carly's Mission for You
The people who come to see me tend to be busy adults whose jobs and lives have influenced the way they move, have often caused or aggravated repetitive pain and strain injuries and consequently affected their posture.
