Meet Dr. Natalie

Dr. Natalie is a naturopathic doctor with extensive nutrition academic background. Natalie has acquired many years of educational and career experience in the nutrition field, which she utilizes in her patient treatment plans by assessing overall nutritional status and suggesting relevant dietary adjustments, in addition to other naturopathic modalities, to achieve optimal health.

 

Dr. Natalie has a general naturopathic medicine practice with a particular interest in women’s health and hormones, fertility and pregnancy, insomnia, mental health and digestive concerns.

Medical Qualifications

Dr. Natalie completed her undergraduate degree at Western University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, where she then worked in the clinical nutrition department at Credit Valley Hospital and the Diabetes Management Center, located in Mississauga.

 

Dr. Natalie then decided to study Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), located in Toronto. During her fourth year clinical internship, at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Teaching Clinic, Dr. Natalie was part of the Fertility and Reproductive focus shift, where she supported many couples along their fertility and pregnancy journey.  She also completed part of her fourth year internship at Brampton Civic Hospital Naturopathic Teaching Clinic, where she assessed and treated a wide variety of health concerns, while under the supervision of a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.

Hobbies and Interests

"I love baking, developing new recipes. I have been playing on a soccer team for close to twenty years. I enjoy hiking and activities outdoors. I am new the Hamilton area and looking forward to exploring the trails and scenery that this area has to offer."

  • "Growing up I loved to play sports from competitive soccer to acrobatics. I developed a great appreciation for nutrition and exercise through my involvement in sport.  A fun fact about me is I am able to do a backflip!"
