"As a lactation consult, I help new moms and their families feel confident and comfortable during the postpartum period - it's such an amazing time, but it can easily be overwhelming when things don't quite go as planned. I love teaching people the power of listening to their bodies and learning their babies' individual cues. I believe in the body-mind-spirit connection and that it takes a village to support moms and their families." - Jennifer

Jennifer's Mission for You
"My own breastfeeding struggles led me to my passion for helping new moms breastfeed their babies without fear or pain. I never expected that something as natural as breastfeeding could be so difficult for me. I felt overwhelmed and frustrated every single day. If only I knew that it didn't have to be that way - that with a couple of adjustments to do what I was doing, that breastfeeding could be a truly enjoyable and beautiful experience." - Jennifer
Hobbies and Interests
"I spend my summers camping with my family in my trailer. I have started using minimalism to minimize the stress in my life and I like to help simplify my clients' lives. I am also a lifelong learner and student. I am always reading the latest research and attending conferences. I started training to identify baby language. I am also an instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, teaching anatomy, physiology, chemistry, biology, pediatrics and preventative nutrition." - Jennifer
