Meet Maggie Millwood

Maggie is a holistic nutritionist serving the Stoney Creek and Hamilton community with nutritional consulting.

"I seek to be an advocate for all who aim to be well, but, I particularly enjoy addressing women's health, especially those who find themselves overwhelmed in the middle of a busy life, feeling fatigued, imbalanced and in need of restoring their well-being. I do this because I too have been on this journey and I have realized through eating well, moving our bodies, and seeking to create space in our busyness, we can find balance and truly live well." - Maggie

Fun Fact About Maggie
  • "Originally from the Caribbean, I have always enjoyed living things and watching them grow naturally and organically. To me, this was as normal as breathing. I come from a family that has always loved natural health; my grandma wanted to be an apothecary. I am one of 12 children, who have constantly challenged me to learn and grow and as a result, I think I have a unique perspective on life, relationships and health. I always look for the opportunity to share what I have learned. My philosophy is to have open hands and an open heart." - Maggie
